Production Supervisor (Direct Hire) Location: Charlestown, NH Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM Compensation: Up to $35/hour, plus shift differential and quarterly bonus Benefits: Excellent benefits package Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on the second shift. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable and growing organization offering competitive pay, bonus potential, and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience and a proven track record of supervising production employees in a fast-paced production environment. This individual will be responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee performance while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
- Lead, coach, train, and evaluate production employees and Production Leaders.
- Establish team priorities and coordinate work activities to ensure timely completion of production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and conduct audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize production costs.
- Collaborate with other departments and supervisors to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience overseeing production employees required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing performance, training employees, and driving accountability.

- Proficiency with production reporting and recordkeeping.
