Are you an experienced assembly professional with strong mechanical and electrical skills? Do you take pride in producing high-quality work in a regulated manufacturing environment? We are seeking an Assembly Technician III to join our team and play a key role in building complex electro-mechanical products while supporting production excellence, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this hands-on role, you will work with a collaborative team to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and inspect advanced products using a variety of tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes. You’ll also provide leadership and guidance to fellow assemblers, helping ensure production goals are met while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical products at final-build levels.
• Interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, and hardware callouts to accurately complete assemblies.
• Build and test complex assemblies.
• Perform wiring, soldering, cable routing, and integration of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical assembly issues.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque equipment, inspection instruments, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Follow established quality systems, GMP standards, and GDP requirements.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Seven or more years of assembly experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience preferred.
• Proven experience with electromechanical assembly required.
• Soldering experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the workday.
• Full wrist, hand, and finger dexterity required for detailed assembly work.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 45 pounds.
• Strong visual ability for close-detail assembly, inspection, and testing activities.

Other Information:

Steady hours of 7 AM – 3:30 PM Monday through Friday!
Pay is based on experience, up to $23/hr.!
