CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring 1st Shift Warehouse Associates in Gallatin, TN! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, product labeling, and scanning activities. This role requires safe operation of warehouse equipment, attention to detail, and adherence to company quality, safety, and operational procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Order pulling
• Putting inventory away
• Labeling product
• Scanning

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2-3 years of warehouse or related experience.
• Hi-Lo/Forklift certification (sit-down and reach truck).
• Experience with barcode scanning equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to safely lift and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and policies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of Future Three and/or Spede software.
• Familiarity with TS16949 quality standards.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting requiring frequent standing, walking, lifting, and operation of material handling equipment.
• Must be able to work safely and effectively while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
