CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Warehouse Clerk candidates in the Lyndhurst, VA area. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for inventory management, system audits, shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining accurate warehouse records. This position utilizes inventory and warehouse management systems to prepare, track, and process materials and products to meet customer demands. The Warehouse Clerk may perform both inventory control and shipping/receiving functions while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
1st shift 8:00am to 4:30pm – occasional overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Verify physical inventory counts against system records and clerical documentation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Enter and maintain accurate data within inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Review customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine materials required for movement, distribution, or shipment.
• Pick, verify, and prepare orders for shipment.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Experience using inventory management systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
• Experience with shipping documentation and inventory auditing processes.
• SAP experience or experience with a similar database system preferred.

• Temp-to-hire opportunity.
• Pay rate of $19.50 per hour.
