We are seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily workforce operations at our client site.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This role serves as the primary liaison between employees, clients, and management to ensure staffing needs, productivity goals, and quality standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support onsite employees during assigned shifts.
• Maintain effective communication.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee performance.
• Address employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality.
• Prepare and submit reports related to staffing, attendance, productivity, and incidents.
• Collaborate with client representatives to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, workforce planning, and shift coverage as needed.
• Support recruiting efforts and employee retention initiatives.
