We are seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse operations team. If you have experience operating Raymond Reach trucks, are safety-focused, and thrive in a warehouse environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Shifts available:

• M-F 5:30am – 2:00pm
• M-F 10am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Operate Raymond Reach powered industrial lift trucks to pull, lift, stack, and move products and materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform inbound receiving processes and accurately process inventory.
• Pick orders with a high degree of accuracy while demonstrating strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with the 5S program.
• Demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence and productivity goals.
• Support inventory control and warehouse operations as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75+ lbs. occasionally.
• Lift and move objects of varying shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Use hands and fingers to handle materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work in hot or cold warehouse environments.

Desired Background/Skills:

PIT: Mon-Fri 5:30am – 2:00pm . Reach truck experience a must (RAYMOND). Will be picking and putting away on this reach truck.
PIT: Mon-Fri 10am-6:30pm. must have LTL,FTL loading experience. Stand-up forklift and sit down experience a must.

• At least 1 year of high-reach forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Current or previous certification in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as business needs require.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills with peers and leadership.
• Previous experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment.
