This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Desired Background/Skills:

• Operate twisting, winding, braiding, and finishing machines safely and efficiently
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Monitor machine performance and production output
• Identify equipment or product issues and report them immediately
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Package, label, and sort finished products as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work independently while meeting daily production goals

Other Information:

• Location: Saco, ME
• Payrate: $19.00/Hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Plenty of Overtime Available!
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
