CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking experienced Machine Operators for local Manufacturing Company within the Greater Waterbury, CT Area.

Responsibilities:

• Load and mount products designated for assembly onto the production line.
• Pack and label boxes accurately according to production requirements.
• Guide and feed materials into machinery to support production operations.
• Monitor machinery to ensure proper operation throughout the production process.
• Verify that sensors are functioning correctly and report any issues.
• Ensure machines are operating at the appropriate speed and efficiency levels.
• Perform visual, mechanical, and quality inspections on products and materials.
• Observe and report machine abnormalities to the Shift Lead, mechanic, or supervisor.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and production staff.
• Perform all duties in accordance with established safety and efficiency procedures.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation.
• Assist other cross-functional teams as needed to support business operations.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Looking for candidates who have worked within the Manufacturing environment performing Machine Operations.

Other Information:

• All shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift openings.
• Hours vary based on shift assignment.
• Must be available and willing to work weekends.
