We are seeking dependable and motivated machine operators to join our production team. This role is cross-trained between the Extrusion Line and the Atom Press, offering opportunities to learn multiple manufacturing processes and grow your skill set.
Whether you have manufacturing experience or transferable skills from another fast-paced industry, we encourage you to apply. Successful employees have come from backgrounds including logging, restaurant management, and other hands-on work environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Work on both the extrusion line and atom press after training.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production standards.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with production goals and team objectives.
• Work overtime when needed

Desired Background/Skills:

• Preferred: 2-3 years of manufacturing experience
• Candidates with strong transferable skills from other industries are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent attendance and dependability are required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• 2nd Shift—3:15 PM – 11:15 PM
• 3rd Shift – 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Location: Sanford, ME
