Coworx Staffing Services has immediate openings for 1st shift machine operators in Bellows Falls, VT! If you like working with a team in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you! Pay rate depends on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all secondary equipment is properly set up, operating correctly, and ready to support production requirements.
• Communicate equipment, tooling, or process malfunctions promptly to the appropriate support department for resolution.
• Complete all required documentation related to machine setup, cleaning, and preparation activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform self-inspections and complete process control documentation during machine setup and start-up to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Good visual acuity required to perform visual inspections, operate manufacturing equipment, and use precision measuring devices accurately.
• Knowledge of and ability to work with manufacturing equipment, tools, and measuring instruments used throughout the production process.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• General knowledge of hand tools and their safe and proper use.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Team-oriented individual capable of interacting effectively with customers, peers, supervisors, and team members to resolve day-to-day production issues.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and the ability to lead by example through professionalism and performance.
• Professional appearance and presentation required.
• High school diploma required.

First shift hours: 6AM-2PM Monday-Friday
