We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as machine operators. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in manufacturing and production. Comprehensive training will be provided on milling machines and production equipment.
The machine operator will be responsible for loading parts into machines, monitoring production, making basic adjustments, removing finished products, and performing quality inspections. Candidates will also be cross-trained to assist with end-of-line operations in the saw shop.

Responsibilities:

• Operate milling machines and production equipment after training.
• Load and unload parts from machines.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support end-of-line operations by:
• Retrieving finished products from machines
• Moving and staging products for shipping
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Desired Background/Skills:

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in multiple areas

Other Information:

• Location: Saco, ME
• Pay rate: $20/hr-$21/hr
• Schedule Options:
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Weekend overtime available
