We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team at a plating facility that serves critical industries, including aerospace, defense, firearms, and medical manufacturing. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Location: Westbrook, ME
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Rack and unrack parts for processing
• Sandblast, buff, wash, wire, and clean parts
• Perform general labor tasks throughout the production area.
• Assist with quality inspections and basic testing before and after plating.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support team members in meeting production goals

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling small parts
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
