CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Package Handlers Westborough, MA! Position pay rate range: $19.50 – $20.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Package Sorting: Sort packages by destination and priority to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.
• Loading and Unloading: Load and unload packages from trucks, containers, and aircraft safely and efficiently.
• Package Handling: Maintain the integrity of packages during handling in accordance with quality standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow and achieve operational goals.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Inventory Management: Assist with tracking, monitoring, and reporting package movement and inventory activity.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
