CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Shipping Leads in Bolton, MA! We are looking for Lead Shippers who are reliable and detail-oriented to join our Shipping Team. These roles work collaboratively to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient shipment of goods to customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shipping operations and coordinate workflow activities to ensure efficient order processing.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of Shipping Clerks to maintain productivity and accuracy.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule.
• Troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Train and onboard new team members on shipping processes, procedures, and systems.
• Communicate effectively with other departments, including Inventory, Customer Service, and Operations, to support business needs.
• Assist with hands-on shipping duties and warehouse activities as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2+ years of warehouse or shipping experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
