CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a manufacturing team! If you have manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience and take pride in producing quality work, we’d love to hear from you. The Packing Associate is responsible for inspecting, packaging, labeling, and preparing extruded plastic pipe and profile products for shipment. This role supports production by ensuring finished goods meet quality standards, are packaged according to customer requirements, and are safely moved and staged for shipping.

Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of extruded pipe and profile products to identify defects, damage, and ensure dimensional consistency in accordance with quality standards.
- Package finished products according to work instructions, customer specifications, and safety requirements.
- Apply labels, tags, and product identification markings accurately to support inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Count, sort, bundle, wrap, and palletize products for storage, shipment, and distribution activities.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process and promptly report defects, deviations, or process concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate production, packaging, and inventory records in accordance with company procedures.
- Move raw materials and finished goods using pallet jacks and other approved material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through effective housekeeping practices.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures at all times.

Desired Background/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, product specifications, and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to work a 48-hour schedule Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Friday mornings as business needs require.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the work shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, machine noise, and production-related conditions.
