CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Mechanical/Electrical/Construction workers in the Newnan, GA area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the interior and exterior assembly of cabins in accordance with engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Perform assembly and fitting of components to ensure proper alignment, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
• Complete low-voltage electrical assembly and installation tasks as required for cabin production.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and abrasive blasting materials.
• Operate abrasive blasting equipment to remove rust, scale, dirt, and existing coatings from metal surfaces.
• Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to manufacturer specifications and production requirements.
• Apply paint and protective coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment within a paint booth environment.
• Inspect painted and finished products for quality, coating coverage, thickness, appearance, and defects.
• Maintain paint booths, blasting equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition.
• Read and interpret work orders, production schedules, engineering drawings, and manufacturing instructions.
• Perform touch-up painting, repairs, and rework activities as needed to meet quality requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels of paint, blasting media, coatings, and related production supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and environmental regulations.
• Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and staging materials to support production activities.
• Complete production records, quality documentation, and required reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Construction experience is helpful and preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical experience preferred, including assembly, installation, troubleshooting, or fabrication activities.
• Ability to perform physical activities throughout the workday, including standing, bending, reaching, climbing, twisting, and other repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required, utilizing proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment when available.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machines in a manufacturing, assembly, or construction environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
