CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking detail-oriented Assembler Technician candidates in the Danbury, CT area with experience in manufacturing and production environments. Skilled in assembling mechanical and electromechanical components, interpreting work instructions and technical drawings, conducting quality inspections, and operating production equipment. Proven ability to meet production goals, maintain high-quality standards, troubleshoot assembly issues, and collaborate effectively within a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble sub-components and finished products according to work instructions, engineering specifications, and production schedules.
  • Pick, stage, and organize materials and components required to support production orders and assembly operations.
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and basic testing devices in accordance with safety and quality procedures.
  • Package completed products for shipment and distribution while ensuring proper labeling and product protection.
  • Maintain accurate production records, inventory transactions, and related documentation.
  • Provide support across multiple assembly lines and production areas as needed to meet operational requirements.
  • Train, mentor, and assist new team members on assembly processes, work instructions, and best practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to achieve daily production, quality, and delivery goals.
