CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Packers for the overnight shift in the Middleboro, MA are.
In this role, you will perform in-line inspection, final packaging, palletizing, and labeling of products produced on high-speed, automated production line. Advise Machine Operator of production variations/defects and assist as required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of machine output to ensure products meet established quality standards and promptly notify machine operators of any deviations or defects.
- Pack, label, and palletize finished products in accordance with written work instructions, customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations within the packaging area and report equipment issues, production concerns, or abnormalities as observed.
- Assist machine operators with equipment loading, cleaning activities, material replenishment, and product changeovers as required.
- Move raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to and from production areas using approved material handling practices.
- Assist in completing production reports, quality records, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Desired Background/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing plant setting.
- Willingness to learn production processes, equipment operation, and quality procedures.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand or walk unassisted for 80% or more of a 12-hour shift while performing assigned job duties.
- Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds without assistance as required throughout the workday.
- Ability to wear and properly utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while adhering to all workplace safety standards and procedures.

Schedule:
- Schedule: Monday through Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (36 hours per week).
- Every other Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., providing up to 48 hours during scheduled workweeks.
- Consistent full-time schedule with extended shifts and predictable hours.
