We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Operations Trainer & Change Management Specialist to support the successful adoption and utilization of our ERP platform within a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as the bridge between operations and technology, ensuring employees understand new processes, systems, and workflows while driving user adoption and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations and have participated in at least one ERP implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. Contract role for 9 months up to 1 year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-user training efforts during and after ERP implementation initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials, SOPs, work instructions, job aids, and process documentation.
• Partner with production, warehouse, inventory, quality, purchasing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful user adoption.
• Serve as a key resource for employees by answering process and system-related questions.
• Support change management initiatives that promote engagement and minimize resistance to new processes.
• Identify operational workflow challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with site leadership and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with implementation goals.
• Monitor user compliance and process adherence following implementation.
• Assist with testing, validation, user acceptance activities, and go-live support.
• Collect feedback from end users and communicate improvement opportunities to project leaders.
• Support post-go-live stabilization efforts and continuous improvement activities.
• Coach and mentor employees on best practices and system utilization.

Desired Background/Skills:

Candidates may have previous experience as:

• Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant experience.
• ERP training experience.
• Change management experience.
• Continuous improvement experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Previous experience supporting an ERP implementation project.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows.

Other Information:

This individual must be comfortable working directly with production, warehouse, inventory, and supply chain teams, translating business processes into practical training and ensuring employees can confidently perform their daily responsibilities using the system. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can build credibility on the production floor, identify process gaps, troubleshoot adoption challenges, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
