Responsibilities:
- Ability to organize work assignments, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively to ensure efficient operations and productivity.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate situations, identify issues, and determine effective solutions.
- Knowledge of basic mathematical principles, including measurements, calculations, and numerical problem-solving required in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine material dimensions and production requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing specifications, measurements, and work instructions.

- Previous related experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a collaborative work environment.
