This is a 1st shift role working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm and the pay range is $23 to $33 an hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ship and receive all goods through ERP and carrier systems.
• Receive and distribute materials.
• Support inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies through routine cycle counts and accurate material handling.
• Communicate shipment and receipt status to internal teams.
• Follow established GMP and standard work requirements, ensuring all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
• Notify and escalate high-volume or resource constraints to the supervisor or site lead.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies in shipping, receiving, and inventory.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of work based on established priorities, production schedules, customer needs, receipts, and shipment deadlines.
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure proper material storage.
• Follow established GMP guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Cross-train and provide backup support for material control activities, including cycle counting.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• Experience working in an ERP/MRP environment and familiarity with export regulations.
• DOT Hazardous Materials Certification (49 CFR Parts 100–185) required.
• Epicor experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of shipping regulations and compliance requirements.
• Forklift experience required.
