Coworx Staffing services in partnership with a nationally recognized provider of commercial cleaning and sanitation solutions is looking for a Sales and Operations Branch Manager in Carlstadt, NJ. You will be leading and helping grow a high performing branch – the right candidate for this role needs to be a A hands-on leader who works alongside their team and drives strong results across sales, service, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front by working alongside your team to drive revenue and manage day-to-day branch operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members to support performance, engagement, and career growth.
• Drive internal sales growth, profitability, and achievement of key performance metrics.
• Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and operational controls.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Proven leadership experience in a sales environment, ideally within a high volume service or distribution organization.
• Demonstrated success driving consistent year-over-year sales growth.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Results-driven communicator who can motivate and align teams.
