CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Manufacturing Associates in the York, ME area. The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing production, preparation, and packaging duties on and off the manufacturing line in accordance with Stonewall Kitchen quality and safety standards. This role supports efficient production while ensuring finished products meet company expectations for presentation and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties at all stations on the manufacturing line.
• Visually inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Hand-finish products, including tie tags, labels, pre-ticketing, and other table work.
• Assist with movement of finished products using pallet trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality problems to appropriate personnel.
• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating electrical and manual pallet jacks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet business needs.
• Ability to follow all company, regulatory, and industry standards.

Other Information:

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
