CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Manufacturing Associates in the York, ME area. The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for performing production, preparation, and packaging duties on and off the manufacturing line. This role supports efficient operations while ensuring quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties at all stations on the manufacturing line.
• Visually inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Hand-finish products, including tie tags, labels, pre-ticketing, and other table work.
• Utilize pallet trucks to move finished products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the shift.
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Report equipment, safety, or quality issues to appropriate personnel.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating electric and manual pallet jacks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
• Ability to follow company, regulatory, and industry standards.

Ability to stand for several hours per shift
Ability to bend, stretch, and perform repetitive motions
Shift and Pay
Schedule: Monday – Friday OT every other Saturday
Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
