CoWorx Staffing Services is searching for Staging Technician candidates in the Peachtree Corners and Alpharetta, GA area. This role is responsible for the daily staging, configuration, and preparation of customer devices across multiple client projects. Using company-provided tools, systems, and processes, the Staging Technician ensures devices are accurately configured, tested, and prepared to meet customer specifications and project timelines. This position requires strong detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced production environment and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. RESUME IS REQUIRED. Responsibilities:
- Unpack, inspect, and verify devices for damage or dead-on-arrival (DOA) issues.
- Configure and stage devices according to project and customer requirements.
- Load wireless settings, network configurations, and IP information.
- Install, update, and configure software and applications.
- Upgrade firmware and apply patches to ensure optimal functionality.
- Configure power settings to balance performance and battery longevity.
- Charge primary and backup batteries to ensure deployment readiness.
- Perform quality assurance checks to verify devices are fully operational.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Communicate technical issues to Project Leads and Supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized staging environment.
- Meet production goals and adhere to strict deadlines.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
