Responsibilities:

• Weigh, blend, and mix raw materials
• Operate equipment in a safe manner
• Follow work instructions
• Utilize company ERP system to log time and materials of work performed
• Maintain a safe and clean workstation
• Inspect equipment and tools for wear and damage
• Perform preventive maintenance on Hobarts, bowls, and paddles
• Weigh ingredients accurately using digital scales
• Complete documentation on mixing sheets
• Maintain glue and make new batches when necessary
• Keep abrasive inventory organized
• Use basic math for remixes
• Complete end-of-shift cleanup and shutdown procedures

Desired Background/Skills:

• HS diploma
• Basic computers
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Previous experience operating industrial equipment
• Able to lift 50 lbs
