CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Shipping Clerk candidates in the Mansfield, MA area.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping Clerk to support our warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, creating Bills of Lading (BOLs), processing shipping documentation, and ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or shipping environment, strong computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride inaccuracy and organization, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and process bills of lading (BOLs) for outgoing shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Generate shipping labels and schedule carrier pickups using shipping software and carrier portals.
• Print and organize shipping labels and documentation.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and files.
• Perform data entry and track shipments using Microsoft Excel.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve shipping-related issues.
• Assist with inventory checks, material handling, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Ensure all shipments meet company quality, accuracy, and customer service standards.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or a related environment.
• Hands-on experience creating and processing bills of lading (BOLs).
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigation of shipping systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle packages as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience working with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight shipping procedures.

Other Information:

Consistent Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM
Competitive Pay Rate: $20/hr.
