Responsibilities:
As a Soldering Technician, you will perform precision soldering and assembly work while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship. You will play a key role in ensuring products are built accurately, safely, and efficiently.
- Perform hand soldering of electronic and mechanical components.
- Assemble products according to work instructions, schematics, and specifications.
- Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify and report defects or quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
