CoWorx Staffing is looking for dependable, motivated, and flexible Warehouse Associates to join a leading distribution facility in Clayton, IN. If you’re looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay and a supportive team environment, we want to hear from you!
Pay & Schedules:

• A Shift: Tuesday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM ($18.50/hour)
• B Shift: Monday – Friday from 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM ($20.00/hour)
• C Shift: Saturday – Monday from 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM ($22.00/hour)

Important: This is a METAL-FREE FACILITY. Employees must comply with all site security requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing, and shipping orders
• Kitting and assembling products
• Receiving and processing inbound inventory
• Loading and unloading materials
• Performing inventory counts and cycle counts
• Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Following all safety procedures and warehouse standards

Desired Background/Skills:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience operating material handling equipment
• Experience using handheld scanners
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime when needed
• Lift and move products up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Handle products of various shapes, sizes, and weights
• Work in warehouse environments that may be hot or cold
