CoWorx Staffing is hiring a Part Time Customer Service Representative in West Springfield, MA area.
Hours are Monday-Friday 10am-2pm
$18.50/hour
In the Customer Service role, you are responsible for providing timely, professional, and customer-focused support to internal departments and external customers. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, delivering accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to uphold company values in all interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, or chat
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through until resolved
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Keep customers informed of progress, next steps, or resolution timelines
  • Document interactions when required within company systems or logs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
  • Use available tools, resources, and company systems to support customers effectively
  • Represent the organization positively in all interactions
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with privacy/data protection requirements
  • Coordinate with fellow customer service representatives, sales accounts, and internal departments to support customer needs
  • Seek feedback and use it to improve customer service quality

    Desired Background/Skills:

    • Previous Customer Service Business Office experience required
    • Previous Microsoft Office experience required- Word and Excel
