CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring a Dealer Onboarding Support Coordinator for our client located in Foothill Ranch, CA. This position is full time, Monday-Friday with the opportunity to be hired permanently after successful completion of the company probationary period and excellent attendance and performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive and detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and values precision, communication, and process improvement. The Dealer Onboarding & Support Coordinator main responsibilities are to lead the end-to-end onboarding of new partners. This role is a key part of our Originations team and plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and efficient onboarding experience. The primary responsibility is to manage the full dealer onboarding lifecycle from initial contact and documentation intake, through system setup, and readiness for funding. The role will also provide light support to the Credit and Funding teams by assisting with compliance checks, digital documentation, and package tracking. Experience in powersports or auto finance or has held previous project management or project coordinator roles is a plus. Pay is based on experience and starting at $30-$34/hour

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full dealer onboarding process including application intake, documentation review, compliance checks, system setup, and onboarding status tracking
- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding inquiries and guide Sales and dealers through each step of the process
- Coordinate with Sales to distribute dealer-facing onboarding materials and ensure readiness for funding
- Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues from dealers or internal teams to ensure timelines are met
- Maintain an organized digital filing system for all onboarding documentation and dealer records
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Credit, and Funding to provide visibility on onboarding progress and readiness
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve onboarding workflows, documentation, and internal coordination
- Responsible for dealer customer service via phone and solely manages the KFS sales inbox
- Own and maintain accurate dealer records across multiple systems (Monday.com, OneDrive, Teams, S Drive and related platforms), ensuring all documentation is current, properly stored, version-controlled, and aligned with ongoing compliance requirements

Desired Background/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of dealer onboarding or project management experience (powersports or auto finance a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High attention to detail and familiarity with compliance and documentation standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
