CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in the Foothill Ranch, CA area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries and claims related to loan accounts through inbound and outbound communications.
• Manage a high-volume workload, including 100 or more inbound and outbound calls per day.
• Respond[/li, including 100 or more inboundnd issues via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Communicate with dealer partners to resolve issues and obtain additional information when necessary.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
• Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent loan applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date[/li/ records of customer interactionsount activity, and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain expertise in company loan products, programs, and processes.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to changing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high-quality work standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Review financial documents submitted by borrowers to support loan processing and account management activities.
• Meet or exceed established production, quality, and customer service performance goals.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; education in a related field preferred.

Previous customer service experience required, with a minimum of two to three years of experience strongly preferred.]

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Working knowledge of various loan structures, payment[/li schedules, amortization schedulesd interest rate calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS) required.
• Working knowledge of financial services regulations and internal policies and procedures.
• Ability to work on-site at the Foothill Ranch, CA office.

Profile Differentiators:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience founding, co-founding, or working in a fast-paced startup environment erred.

• Experience within[/li the Powersports Finance industrycluding motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft (PWCs), preferred.
• Experience working in a FinTech startup environment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced professional degree strongly preferred.
