CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a warranty administrator to support our premier client, Yamaha Motor located in Marietta, GA. The ideal candidate will have customer service and call center experience and will be working in a corporate office environment. They will need to have strong administrative skills and the ability to navigate multiple CRM systems.
The warranty administrator will answer department phones and process activity generated by incoming calls.
He/she will manage the normal day to day activities for the warranty department.
Hours are Monday-Friday, working 8:30 am- 5 pm with remote flexibility to work from home on Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the dealer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Interfaces with other Yamaha personnel in service, parts, sales or other divisions as needed to obtain the information necessary to make objective equitable decisions
• Evaluates dealer requests for assistance on Yamaha products and determines the type and amount of assistance to be provided by YMUS
• Maintains dealer records by updating account information.
• Strong written and verbal communications abilities. Able to type 40 wpm a plus, not required
• Proficient in Windows OS, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting dealer information.
• Carry out various administrative tasks or special assignments within the department as needed.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ year call center experience
• Excellent attendance
• Team oriented
• Organized
• Powersports industry experience preferred
