CoWorx is hiring an experienced Quality Technician with a strong eye for detail and hands-on inspection experience in the Danvers, MA area!
$17–$20/hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measurement tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Document and help resolve quality issues and nonconformances
• Maintain accurate inspection and testing records
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Assist with equipment calibration and internal quality audits
• Work closely with production and engineering to improve quality

Desired Background/Skills:

• 2+ years of quality experience in manufacturing

Experience using precision measurement and inspection tools

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Bonus: Experience with SPC, Six Sigma, ERP systems, or ISO-certified manufacturing environments.
