We are seeking a Forklift Operator who supports warehouse operations by safely operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts/reach trucks to pick orders, load/unload trailers, and maintain accurate material flow in the Southborough, MA area.
Candidates must demonstrate strong equipment handling skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks to support daily warehouse operations.
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining safety and stability of pallet.
• Move, stage, and organize materials within the warehouse.
• Follow all safety rules, equipment procedures, and company guidelines.
• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

• 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts preferred
• Ability to safely maneuver in narrow aisles and high-bay racking environments.
• Ability to perform basic material handling tasks such as scanning, picking, and pallet movement.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
