We’re hiring a Fabrication & Assembly Operator who brings strong attention to detail, a great work ethic, and the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks in the Methuen, MA area!
Shift: 7am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-11am on Friday

Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble parts according to blueprints and customer specifications Perform bonding, priming, stamping, marking, stripping, and cleaning Operate an Arbor Press and other production equipment Use calipers, micrometers, and other dimensional tools Inspect completed work to ensure quality requirements are met Bag and label finished parts Work closely with inspection and quality teams Follow ISO9001/AS9100 and company safety requirements

Desired Background/Skills:

Manufacturing or fabrication/assembly experience Ability to read blueprints and customer documentation Experience using calipers, micrometers, or similar measuring tools Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic Ability to use a microscope for extended periods Ability to stand approximately 50% of the workday Must meet U.S. Person requirements for this ITAR-regulated facility
