CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring a Direct to Film Printing Associates. This position involves operating and maintaining DTF printing equipment, preparing artwork for production, cutting transfers, and ensuring consistent print quality. The ideal candidate is dependable, works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift hours – 8:30AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday, HOWEVER, if someone needs to work Tuesday through Saturday that is okay. These are temp to hire positions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor commercial DTF printing equipment.
• Prepare digital print files and organize production jobs.
• Assist with printing, curing, cutting, and organizing DTF transfers.
• Inspect prints for color accuracy, clarity, and defects.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Monitor ink, film, powder, and other production supplies.
• Troubleshoot basic printing issues and report equipment problems.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Direct-to-Film (DTF), digital printing, or production experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn printing software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize print defects.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
