CoWorx is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support payroll, bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and financial operations for a growing manufacturing company in the Danvers, MA area!
Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Generate invoices and track payments
• Prepare sales tax filings and support financial reporting
• Maintain accurate financial and payroll records

Desired Background/Skills:

• 3-5+ years of payroll and bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
