CoWorx is seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Lead in the Haverhill, MA area!
This position will oversee daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for coordinating receiving and shipping activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving operational efficiency.

Shift: Fri. – Mon from 5:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily workflow, establish priorities, and support receiving and shipping operations.
• Provide guidance, training, and clear instructions to warehouse associates.
• Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support employee development through coaching and problem-solving assistance.
• Partner with management and Human Resources to address workplace concerns and promote a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, including international and hazardous material shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.
• Oversee warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safe operation of receiving docks and storage areas.
• Conduct equipment safety inspections and monitor powered industrial equipment readiness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational performance.
• Adhere to all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience and knowledge of warehouse safety practices preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
