CoWorx is seeking a skilled Manual Grinder to join our fabrication team in the Methuen, MA area.
This position is responsible for grinding, deburring, blending, and finishing metal components to meet quality and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has experience working with hand grinders, power tools, and fabricated metal products in a manufacturing environment.
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 based on exp.
1st shift Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Grind, deburr, and finish metal parts, weldments, and assemblies
• Use hand grinders, die grinders, sanders, and other finishing tools
• Smooth weld seams and remove sharp edges, burrs, and surface imperfections
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Desired Background/Skills:

• Manufacturing, fabrication, or metal finishing experience preferred
• Experience using manual grinding and finishing tools
• Ability to read measuring devices and basic prints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
