CoWorx is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Machine Operators with manufacturing experience to operate pasta extrusion equipment in a food production environment in the Charlestown, MA area!
Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM or 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor pasta production equipment
• Measure and mix ingredients according to production formulas
• Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
• Track production counts, materials, and work orders
• Verify ingredients, packaging, and supplies before production runs
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Follow food safety, GMP, and safety procedures
• Communicate equipment, material, or quality issues to supervisors
• Work closely with team members to keep production running efficiently

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience required[./li]
• Experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions and production documents.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
