As a Bilingual Financial Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting customer accounts and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with account maintenance and account updates
• Processing payment extensions, modifications, refunds, and settlements
• Supporting insurance claims and documentation
• Assisting with bankruptcy and military (SCRA) requests
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with internal departments, legal representatives, and service providers
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and federal regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish

Desired Background/Skills:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in customer service, collections, banking, finance, administrative support, or loan servicing preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience with collections, bankruptcy, insurance, or financial services
• Knowledge of SCRA regulations or account servicing processes
