1-3 Days Per Week | Thursday-Sunday Availability Required (Flexible)
Luxury Method partners with some of the most sought-after names in the beauty industry, placing talented beauty professionals in premier retail environments across the country. We are currently seeking passionate, outgoing, and sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to join our growing team.
In this role, you’ll work alongside leading luxury beauty brands in top retail destinations including Ulta Beauty, Sephora, and Nordstrom. If you love beauty, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a sales-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Luxury Method and our prestige beauty partners in-store
• Create memorable customer experiences through product demonstrations and consultations
• Educate clients on beauty products, ingredients, and application techniques
• Drive sales through relationship-building and personalized recommendations
• Partner with retail teams to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Support promotional events, launches, and special activations
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Complete visit recaps and reporting through company platforms

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous experience in beauty, skincare, fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury retail
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Passion for the beauty industry and current trends
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a retail environment
• Ability to travel between locations within your market
• Proficient with mobile technology for scheduling and reporting
