CoWorx Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operators with Shipping/Receiving experience for our Client in Biddeford, ME
The position is responsible for Unloading inbound shipments, maintaining inventory and confirming documentation is accurate.

Responsibilities:

• Follow established work instructions, procedures, and quality standards.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure materials are accurate and in good condition.
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation and report discrepancies as needed.
• Enter, track, and maintain inventory and transaction data within company systems.
• Move materials safely throughout the facility using material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse or inventory locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Supply materials, components, and equipment to production or operational teams as needed.
• Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to support efficient workflow and operations.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and operating procedures.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, inventory control, or material handling environments.
• Forklift certification or experience operating powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, ERP software, or warehouse tracking systems.
• Ability to accurately complete paperwork and electronic records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely throughout the workday.
• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
