CoWorx is seeking CNC Lathe Machine Operator for 1st & 2nd Shift in the Andover, MA area!

Join a growing manufacturing team producing precision-machined components in a clean, quality-focused environment.
Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:50 AM – 3:20 PM | $26.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:40 PM – 12:10 AM | $28.60/hr

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision parts
• Load/unload materials and monitor machine performance
• Make offsets and dimensional adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Deburr, clean, and document completed work
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with supervisors to maintain production goals

Desired Background/Skills:

• 1+ year of CNC machine operating experience
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Experience using precision measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• High School Diploma or Trade School Diploma
