CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Assemblers in the Lawrence, MA area.
Looking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity with room to grow? We’re hiring Assemblers for multiple clients throughout Lawrence, North Andover, Andover, Methuen, and surrounding communities. Openings are available on both 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts in clean, professional manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations in accordance with engineering specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools, assembly equipment, and approved manufacturing processes.
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, assembly drawings, and production procedures to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
• Perform wiring, component installation, cable harnessing, and hand soldering activities as required by product specifications.
• Make equipment and assembly setup adjustments while maintaining established quality and production standards.
• Test products, assemblies, and components to verify proper functionality, performance, and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided for qualified individuals.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions, procedures, and work specifications accurately.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Windows-based systems, preferred.
• Reliable attendance, dependability, and a strong work ethic required.
• Ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the duration of scheduled shifts.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for detailed production and assembly tasks.
• Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed assembly work while maintaining quality standards.

6:50 AM – 3:20 PM
$18.00/hour
2nd Shift
Monday-Friday
2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
$18.00/hour + 10% shift differential $19.80/hour
