Yes, you can! However, our Talent Acquisition Recruiters will be sure to discuss your alignment with any other opening for which you are qualified—is not necessary to apply for every role you are interested in to be considered for the best job for you at CoWorx.

Yes, the steps involved in the interviewing-to-hiring process differ in some respects from local and corporate roles. If you are applying for a local, or branch, role, you will also be required to interview in-person at least once. If you are interviewing for a corporate role, you may not interview in person; this requirement is dependent upon the role at our headquarters.

For both local and corporate roles, you will begin with an interview conducted by a member of our Talent Acquisition team before meeting with the Hiring Manager. You may then proceed to an interview with a panel of interviewers, or with a single interviewer. CoWorx promotes authenticity and bringing your “whole self” to work with you while you leverage your unique talents and skills to move the business forward. To learn more about what these values mean for us and our culture, please visit our About Page.

The majority of local, or branch roles, are onsite positions, most of which require full-time, in-office attendance.  Some branch opportunities operate on a hybrid schedule—this is dependent upon what is most appropriate to meet the needs of the role.

Most corporate roles offer a hybrid schedule, where you will be working some days in-office, and some days remotely.

CoWorx does not cover relocation expenses.

While work hours may vary depending on the position and market, typical work hours at CoWorx are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

CoWorx enforces a Dress for Success policy, which allows each employee to decide each day to dress in casual (jeans), business casual, or professional attire based on their schedule in the HQ office or onsite at a branch for the day. Exceptions based on accommodation for disability or religious belief can be discussed with our People & Culture department.

While the culture of CoWorx is consistently rooted in our values across markets and location, there are some local differences that impact the nuances of the culture of a given office. For example, some locations offer private offices, while others opt for an open seating arrangement. In some markets, CoWorx branches operate interconnectedly, while in others, each office functions with relative independence. Different markets and branches engage in friendly competition, adding a fun, team element to life at CoWorx. Activities and competitions may differ depending upon your location. CoWorx branches that operate onsite at a client location adhere to cultural polices enforced by the client as well.

Training & Development FAQs

Yes. As a new hire, your first few weeks of work will be devoted to training and developing role-relevant skills. Additional training is provided through our proprietary customer service training program, and other industry-relevant training opportunities are available through CoWorx’s American Staffing Association membership.

There are many professional development opportunities across local and corporate teams, most of which are role dependent. Because CoWorx is a proud member of the American Staffing Association, all CoWorx employees are eligible to sit for the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) exam after one year of service to level up their career in the Staffing industry. For a chance to develop your leadership skills in a hands-on setting, eligible employees can apply to participate in CoWorx’s Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). This program is designed to help high-potential employees grow into leadership roles through a practical, immersive experience.

Employees are eligible to apply for positions in a new location or office after one year of service. Cross-departmental opportunities continually arise, allowing employees to get involved in special projects, leadership initiatives, and mentorship opportunities to gain new experiences.
