Job Title: Bilingual Entry Level Recruiter
Location: Knoxville, TN
Salary: $40,000-45,000 plus bonus

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Entry Level Recruiter to join the Knoxville, TN onsite team. This position is an internal in-person role onsite with our client, Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm- additional hours as needed based on client needs.
The Recruiter will be responsible for delivering performance through high quality service to clients and field talent. They are accountable for building client relationships, meeting and exceeding client requirements and ensuring the availability of a strong talent pool. The Recruiter reports to the Site Manager.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Must be comfortable sharing a small space with team members.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Upbeat and socially perceptive personality
- Willing to engage and build rapport with employees and supervisors in a professional manner
- High level of responsiveness and engagement
- Team oriented and willingness to help
- Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction
- Strong technology and social media skills
- Strong planning, time management and analytical skills
