We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Engagement Rep bilingual in Spanish to join the Luxury Method Division in our corporate location in Morristown, NJ. This position is an in-person role, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm with the potential for a hybrid role after training.

Schedule Flexibility: Must be available to work extended hours, including evenings (up to 8 PM) and weekends, during peak client seasons. Time-off restrictions apply from the week before Thanksgiving through the second week of January, as consistent coverage is critical to client success during this high-demand period.

You’ll work closely with a supportive Customer Engagement Team Lead and be part of a team that thrives on service, results, and meaningful impact.

Role Responsibilities

  • Strong communication with customers, field talent, and coworkers via phone and email
  • Initiate, schedule, and attend client appointments virtually & conference calls with client(s) for quality assurance and updates
  • Recognize potential Employee Relations issues & offer problem resolution suggestions before escalating to management and/or Human Resources
  • Update and maintain the applicant database and all necessary documentation.
  • Heavy phones and fast paced environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • High level of responsiveness and engagement
  • Demonstrates a high level of patience and strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address client and talent needs
  • Team oriented and willingness to help
  • Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction
  • Strong technology and social media skills
  • Strong planning, time management and analytical skills
