Our story.

Owned by the Kane-Miller family for three generations and counting, CoWorx is focused on upholding the legacy of warmth and giving inspired by the late Janet and Stanley Kane. The Kane-Miller family and CoWorx have a shared set of values that lead us in everything we do. We treat all our people like they matter.

We want humans to flourish at every level of society. That means fostering a strong internal culture and being active in local communities.

Promoting Education

For more than 12 years, CoWorx has offered the Certified Staffing Professional ® (CSP) training program, providing the opportunity for talent to receive the American Staffing Association’s CSP designation.

Peer Recognition and Celebrating Successes

Our Kudos program enables team members to recognize their peers across the company. This helps promote employee engagement and support our values. We also recognize excellence in sales, operations, and other areas throughout our organization to foster a positive and productive culture.

Finding the time to give back

CoWorx celebrates the Janet & Stanley Kane Memorial Day of Giving, where team members can take the day to give back to their communities. Past activities include: working at a local food bank and working with the Salvation Army to provide presents to the children of families in need. We also make donations to groups like Fedcap Inc. in Maine, who provide support services to so many of the people we help to find work.
